Ti Punch
2 oz Rhum Agricole
.25 oz lime juice
1 tsp Sirop De Canne

Mix all ingredients in a glass with ice (1 or 2 cubes) and either stir or swizzle with a bois lele (a.k.a. swizzle stick)

 

Clement Hemingway
3 oz. Clement VSOP Rum
splash of grenadine
2 oz. grapefruit juice
2 dashes fresh lemon juice

Mix all over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with cherry
